Position: Inside Sales Representative- Sedalia, MO
Reports to: Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time Non-Exempt
Founded in 2007, Impact MHC Management LLC, is a full-service, multi-family real estate firm that delivers highly specialized Property Management Services, and focuses primarily on Manufactured Housing.
Position Purpose:
The position as an Inside Sales Representative will work with sales managers in the company to ensure sales quotas are met. The Inside Sales Representative will work to find solutions to not only generate sales and sales leads, but to ensure the sales process flows smoothly overall. The position will work primarily on social media and Facebook Marketplace to drive traffic on home sales.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Manage sales posting on social media siites and Facebook.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with Regional, District and Community Managers to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective communication to potential customers
Requirements
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Friendly, approachable and well-spoken demeanor
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Supervisory Responsibility
Position does not supervise staff.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Work primarily in a climate controlled office environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Willing and able to work extended hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
Overtime hours may be required.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in inside sales
